our story

hoof & vine is the latest restaurant from chef ken rose - owner of tiburon fine dining in sandy, also know for his work with the wild rose in south Jordan and epicure fine food & drink in Midvale. Rose has teamed up with Eric & Leah Rose (his oldest son and daughter in law) to bring you their latest concept : the modern American steakhouse. the hoof & Vine team works continuously to bring you a menu that is both comfortable and recognizable, while still trying to surprise each guest with unique flavor combinations.

established in 2014, we have grown and evolved and put our stamp on the idea of fine dining in the south valley. with our menu featuring premium cuts of beef, sustainably farmed poultry and seafood, gluten free and allergy friendly options, and house made desserts inspired from family recipes - there is sure to be something to please every palate.  we pride ourselves on curating dishes from the freshest possible ingredients - whether it's premium beef from small farms, herbs and produce from our patio garden or the working garden at tiburon, and cheeses or spices from local makers. In an environment that is fun and playful, yet intimate and romantic, located across from the century 16 movie theater in the union heights complex, hoof & Vine takes you out of the busy setting outside and into our world - where we create evenings to remember.
